The Crossfire HD spotting scope is available in different versions, tailored to your specific purpose of use. General considerations when buying are:

Lens: Larger lenses collect more light, resulting in brighter images. Especially in low light. This also makes the scope heavier and less portable.

Available in two variants
The Crossfire HD 16-48x65 Spotting Scope comes in two variants, this model has a 45° viewing angle, allowing relaxed viewing through the eyepiece. This model is mostly used on a tripod but can also be used without. The straight-view model is mostly used by spotters who do not want to be seen by the target. In a lying or kneeling position, a spotting scope with a straight view is ideal for looking through. But also from a viewing hut or car, of course. (This straight model can be found in optional accessories)
