AMP MATE Auto Feeder
The AMP MATE Auto Feeder enables hands-free annealing with your Annealing Made Perfect Mark I or Mark II machine. This autofeeder mounts on top of your annealer and automatically feeds case after case to the induction coil. Ideal for shooters processing large quantities of brass while attending to other tasks.
Why add the AMP MATE to your setup
Fully autonomous annealing
The AMP MATE completely takes over manual case placement. The built-in feed tube holds 5-6 cases of .308 size and works seamlessly with the annealing machine. Once the cycle starts, the feeder picks up a case, places it in the shellholder, waits for the annealing process to complete, and ejects the case. This process repeats until the tube is empty.
Compatible with external case feeders
For even larger batches, you can combine the AMP MATE with a Dillon or Hornady case feeder using a suitable stand. This allows processing hundreds of cases consecutively without intervention. Simply fill the case feeder with your brass and let the machines do their work.
Suitable for a wide caliber range
The AMP MATE handles cases from 300 Blackout (shortest) through 338 Lapua Magnum (longest and widest). Three included shell guides in different sizes ensure correct feeding regardless of caliber. The included feed tubes in two sizes cover the complete range.
Automatic cutoff with alarm
When the feed tube is empty, the AMP MATE automatically stops and sounds an alarm chime. This prevents the machine from running unnecessarily and alerts you when the next batch is ready to load.
Compatibility and installation
The AMP MATE works with both the Mark I and Mark II annealer. Installation is straightforward: place the unit on top of the annealer and connect both devices via the included USB cable. For Mark II machines, the required software is already included. Mark I users can download the free software update from the AMP website.
AMP recommends using Redding EZ Feed shellholders. These have a flat base that prevents cases from tipping forward during feeding.
Tip for 6BR and 6BRA users
When annealing 6BR or 6BRA cases with the AMP MATE, use Pilot #64. Set ANALYSE code 010D for 6BR and code 010C for 6BRA. These specific settings ensure optimal results with these popular benchrest calibers.
Maintenance and updates
All AMP MATE components are user-accessible and replaceable. Should wear occur after intensive use, spare parts are available. Software updates are performed via the USB port to keep your feeder current with the latest improvements.
