At Hop.nl we deliver your order quickly and reliably all over Europe. we make sure your package is on its way and delivered as soon as possible.

Ordering and shipping

Do you order on Monday through Friday before 4 p.m. and are all products in stock?
Then your order will usually be shipped the same day.

Delivery days and times

• Delivery days: Monday to Saturday

• No delivery on Sundays and holidays

• Delivery times: usually between 09:00 and 18:00 hours
  In busy periods, such as around the holidays, it is possible that your package will be delivered in the evening.

Track your package easily

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your package live to your front door.

Worldwide delivery

For deliveries within Europe we cooperate with reliable courier services.
They determine the route and delivery time themselves. Therefore we cannot guarantee an exact time.
