The 1000 denier Cordura material with extra thick closed-cell foam padding protects your rifle against impacts and weather conditions. Special padding along the top edge provides extra protection for your scope and turrets, essential when transporting zeroed optics.
Three Carrying Options for Maximum Flexibility
The AIM 40 offers three different carrying options that you can quickly switch between. The fully adjustable backpack system with padded shoulder straps, waist belt, and chest strap ensures comfortable transport over longer distances. The shoulder straps feature sturdy metal carabiners and can be neatly stored in their own zippered compartment when not needed. Additionally, the bag has handles allowing you to carry it horizontally or hold it upright, ideal for narrow passages.
Thoughtful Design with Practical Storage
The main compartment is equipped with three adjustable securing straps and a reinforced stock pocket that keep your rifle stable during transport. A pocket along the spine provides space for a cleaning rod. Externally you'll find two large utility pockets that open on three sides for easy access. The large pocket measures 47 x 26 cm and tapers to 20 cm, perfect for magazines and ammunition. The smaller pocket (29 x 25 cm) has individual compartments for smaller items. An additional diagonal zip pocket on the outside is convenient for documents such as your firearms certificate.
Specifications and Practical Details
The AIM 40 measures 104 x 29 x 8 cm (excluding pockets) and is available in Lincoln Green. The main zipper is protected by an overlapping flap with five snap clips for extra security. A removable drag hood prevents dirt or debris from entering the barrel when using as a true drag bag. All handles and the drag hood are box-stitched for maximum strength. The high-grade zippers feature protective flaps against rain, sand, and dust.
Attention: The magnetic chest strap may cause problems with pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators.
