The Blue Eliminator Brushes

The most recognisable IOSSO product is the Eliminator Bore Brush with its distinctive cobalt blue colour. This colour is a registered trademark and wasn't chosen randomly. The Nyflex fibres are thicker and stiffer than standard nylon, finally allowing you to brush back and forth without the brush getting stuck in your bore.

Where traditional bronze and brass brushes wear out after just a few cleaning sessions, the Eliminator lasts 8 to 10 times longer. The brush is wound tighter and contains more fibres per centimetre than any other bore brush available. The result is more thorough cleaning in less time. Copper fouling, lead residue, powder fouling and plastic wad residue disappear effectively.

The Eliminator is available for virtually every calibre, from .17 HMR to .50 BMG, from 9mm pistol to 12 gauge shotgun. For precision disciplines like F-Class and PRS, there are specific brushes for popular calibres such as 6mm, 6.5mm Creedmoor and .308 Winchester.

ThorroClean Cleaning System

In collaboration with Bullet Central, IOSSO developed the ThorroClean cleaning system. This two-part system consists of ThorroClean and ThorroFlush, together providing a complete solution for bore cleaning.

ThorroClean is a gel that penetrates deep into the rifling grooves and breaks down stubborn copper and carbon deposits without damaging the steel. The active ingredients are gentle on the barrel but tough on fouling.

ThorroFlush is the finishing cleaner that removes all ThorroClean residue and conditions the bore. The result is a residue-free bore ready for the next shot.

The procedure is simple:

1. Treat the bore with ThorroFlush to remove loose fouling
2. Apply ThorroClean with an Eliminator brush and scrub 10-15 times
3. Remove residue with dry patches followed by ThorroFlush patches
4. Check with a borescope that all chemicals have been removed

For shooters who train regularly or compete, this system significantly reduces cleaning time while delivering better results than traditional methods.

Sizing Lube for Reloaders

Beyond cleaning products, IOSSO also offers Sizing Lube, a biological lubricant for ammunition reloading. This product prevents stuck cases during the sizing process and extends the lifespan of your dies.

The Sizing Lube is water-soluble, non-flammable and leaves no sticky residue. After sizing, simply wipe the cases or rinse them with warm water. The product also protects against corrosion and rust, useful when storing cases before continuing the reloading process.
