The Ultra Match Barrel Blanks are manufactured with button rifling and crafted from premium 416R stainless steel, ensuring excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance. The chemical composition is as follows (in percentages): Carbon 0.11, Manganese 0.36, Silicon 0.39, Phosphorus 0.017, Sulphur 0.10, Chromium 12.26, Nickel 0.38, Molybdenum 0.36, remainder Iron.
For clarification, Sulphur 0.10 means 0.10 percent, not 10 percent.
These blanks are delivered without a chamber, allowing your gunsmith to cut the chamber according to your exact specifications. We can assist you in finding a qualified gunsmith, however, as we are not licensed, we cannot perform chambering ourselves.
Optional Machining
