From the very beginning, the SuperTrickler was engineered not as a simple powder dispenser but as a complete, compact reloading system. The Gen 3 continues this philosophy with a resolution of 0.02 grain thanks to the A&D FX-120i, which uses Compact Super Hybrid Sensor technology with magnetic force restoration. The result is a scale that does not drift, requires no warm-up time, and stabilizes within one second.
What's New in Generation 3?
The Gen 3 introduces several significant upgrades over the Gen 2. Power input has moved to USB-C Power Delivery (minimum 20W), meaning you can run the system from a standard USB-C charger such as an iPhone charger. A 20,000 mAh power bank is sufficient to operate the complete system for an entire day at the shooting range. The external power supply has been intentionally removed to reduce electronic waste.
Powder capacity has been doubled compared to previous generations, so you spend less time refilling during longer reloading sessions. The vibration system now features upgraded silicone bushings that noticeably improve consistency. A USB-A port has been added for data storage and logging, and the hardware is pre-engineered for a future protective shield or wind gate.
The Gen 3 is available in both right-handed and left-handed configurations.

Generation 3 inherits all the technical strengths that made the Gen 2 a benchmark in precision reloading. The CNC-machined aluminum vibrating and bulk tubes deliver precise and consistent powder delivery through the dual tube system: a fast rotor tube for bulk dispensing and a vibrating tube for extremely fine trickling.
The intelligent self-learning AI software automatically adapts to the powder you are using and optimizes dispensing speed for maximum precision. Through the responsive touchscreen, you set vibration profiles, use the ladder function for load development, and automatically log all charges including any deviations. Gen 2 vs Gen 3 Comparison
The housing, like the Gen 2, is manufactured from antistatic plastic. The internal motor housing on the Gen 3 uses ESD-safe resin, whereas the Gen 2 featured an SLS-printed nylon/steel composite. Both generations include the touchscreen with dedicated microprocessor, laddering, data logging, and automatic power-up functionality.
The key differences lie in mobility and sustainability: USB-C power input, power bank compatibility, double powder capacity, improved silicone vibration bushings, and pre-engineering for a wind shield make the Gen 3 equally suited for the home bench and the shooting range.
