Brass Trap brass catcher - Caldwell
Anyone who shoots regularly at the range knows the drill: session over, rifle cased, then fifteen minutes crawling around looking for brass. The Caldwell Brass Trap makes that unnecessary. Set it on the bench next to your rifle, or hang it on a tripod beside your pistol lane, and the brass lands inside instead of on the ground.
Two setups, one piece of kit
On the shooting bench it catches rifle brass of virtually any caliber. On a tripod, connected via the standard 1/4-20 threaded stud, it works as a standalone pistol brass catcher. The tripod is not included, but any standard photo or shooting tripod with a 1/4-20 mount will work. The heat-resistant mesh bag is sized to catch brass as it ejects and holds up to the heat of rapid fire without issue.
Empty it in one move
The zipper runs along the bottom of the bag. You do not need to disassemble anything: open the zip, brass falls into your container, close it, keep shooting. After the session the whole frame collapses into the included carry bag, small enough to drop into your range bag alongside everything else.
