FIRE4000 remote port protector - Tango

Fire4000 remote port protector - Tango

A rangefinder with a remote connection is a wonderful tool on the range, but that connection is also a weak spot. The port the remote cable plugs into can be damaged if force accidentally comes onto it. The Tango Fire4000 remote port protector solves that with a simple, rugged piece of engineering.

The protector is designed to clamp precisely around the remote port of the Fire4000. It reinforces the connection point and absorbs impacts and pull force on the cable, so those do not land directly on the vulnerable connector. That way you keep a reliable connection, even when things get rough in the field.

The part is made from the same aerospace-grade aluminium as the Fire4000 itself. As a result it fits seamlessly, feels like one piece with your rangefinder and lasts just as long. A small investment to protect an expensive instrument at its most vulnerable point.
