You clean your bore after every session, but the action itself often gets left out. That is exactly where brass, powder residue, debris and old bolt grease build up, in the chamber and around the locking lugs. The Bore Tech Universal Action Wiper is the patch adapter that lets you wipe out precisely that area, the spot a normal bore brush never reaches. That keeps your lockup clean and your bolt running smoothly.

Universal fit

This is the universal version of the wiper, made to fit both smaller and larger bolt diameters. You simply size it to your action, so it works across a wide range of bolt action rifles rather than a single model. The molded rubber is solvent resistant and has a Proof Positive alloy core, so the wiper stays firm and does not fall apart like the dental rolls or felt many shooters resort to.

How to use it

Screw the wiper onto your non-rotating action cleaning rod using the male 8-32 thread. Push a spiked round patch onto the wiper, add some solvent and wipe the action and lug area clean with an in and out motion. Replace the patch and repeat until it comes out of the chamber clean. The Action Cleaning Tool rod and the patches are not included with this wiper, you order those separately or as part of the Bore Tech Action Cleaning set.
