Extreme CLP one-step cleaner 473ml - BoreTech
A CLP is a combination product: Cleaner, Lubricant, Protectant. Three jobs from a single bottle. Bore Tech Extreme CLP is the variant that lifts carbon, lead and powder fouling, lubricates moving parts and leaves a rust-resistant film, all in one application. The 473 ml bottle is the large working size. For anyone shooting regularly or maintaining multiple firearms, this is the format that lasts a season or longer.
What is in the bottle
A synthetic blend of oils, penetrants and friction-reducing additives, paired with reinforced rust and corrosion inhibitors. The additives penetrate into the metal's pores and bond to the surface, building a film that reduces friction and wear by roughly 95%. No ammonia, non-flammable, odour-free. Safe inside the bore, also during extended soak times.

Use inside the bore
Wet 3 to 4 patches and push them individually through the bore to clear loose fouling. Then saturate a bore brush with Extreme CLP and make 10 to 15 passes. Repeat the wet patches and let it soak for 3 to 5 minutes, longer if the bore is heavily fouled. Finish with dry patches until they come out clean. Before storage, run one dampened patch through; before the next shooting session, always run a dry patch first.
Use on other parts
The same soak time applies on bolts, slides, trigger groups and gas components. Apply, let sit for 3 to 5 minutes, brush, wipe clean, then apply a thin protective film.
Where Extreme CLP fits in the routine
If you already have the Friction Guard XP Gun Oil for dedicated lubrication, Extreme CLP is the all-rounder for after-range maintenance. For long-term storage, many shooters add the Shield XP Rust Preventative as a final layer. And on specific contact points like locking lugs, the Extreme Grease HD is a logical companion.
Who it is for
For the PRS shooter who needs a quick fix between stages, for the F-Class or benchrest shooter who wants to clean and protect in a single pass, and for the hunter giving the rifle a proper service at the end of the season before it goes back in the safe. The 473 ml bottle means you do not have to ration, even when several rifles need attention on the same evening.
