TX9 propane disposable cylinder 400g - Bernzomatic
The Bernzomatic TX9 disposable propane cylinder contains 400 grams of gas, giving you plenty of fuel for annealing brass cases. The cylinder is made from durable steel with a slim, lightweight design that's easy to grip while working.
The flame temperature in air is approximately 1,982°C (3,600°F). That's more than enough for annealing brass cases, where you want to heat the neck and shoulder to around 400°C. The amount of gas in this cylinder is sufficient to anneal hundreds of cases when paired with a Bernzomatic UL2317 pencil flame torch.
Connection and compatibility
The TX9 features a standard US-type CGA 600 RH threaded connection. It fits all Bernzomatic torches and most other torches with a CGA 600 RH connection. Simply screw the cylinder onto your torch and you're ready to go.
These gas cylinders are absolutely not refillable, so please don't attempt to do so. After use, you can recycle the empty cylinder at a local small gas cylinder collection point.
