MatchMaster precision case trimmer - RCBS
The RCBS MatchMaster precision case trimmer was developed in partnership with Henderson Precision and combines trimming, deburring, and chamfering in one smooth motion. With repeatability down to .001 of an inch, this motorized trimmer is built for reloaders who refuse to compromise on the quality of their brass preparation.
At the core of the MatchMaster is the 3-way carbide cutting head with adjustable blades. Push the case forward, let the high-speed motor do its work, and pull back a perfectly trimmed, deburred, and chamfered case. This saves an enormous amount of time compared to hand trimming with separate tools, especially when processing larger batches. The included micrometer length adjustment lets you dial in your trim length precisely and reproduce it exactly every time, without any additional tools.
Built for serious case preparation
The MatchMaster is CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminium and 303/416 stainless steel in the USA. We had the chance to get hands-on with this trimmer at the IWA trade show, and the build quality and finish are immediately impressive. Everything fits together tightly with zero play, and you can tell right away this is a machine built to last for years. Henderson Precision, known for their Tri-Trim Gen 3 case trimmer, further developed the motor, carriage system, base plate, brass catcher, and containment guard for the RCBS version. The result is a trimmer that works quickly, quietly, and consistently.
The trimmer handles all common bottleneck cases from .22 to .30 calibre, with case lengths from 1.36" to 2.85". Think cartridges like .223 Remington, 6mm Creedmoor, 6.5 Creedmoor, .308 Winchester, .300 Winchester Magnum, and many more. With separately available pilots and collets, you can extend the calibre range even further.
