What is it used for?
After trimming a case, there is typically a sharp edge on the case neck, both inside and out. The chamfer tool removes the inner edge so the bullet can be seated smoothly. The deburring tool removes the outer edge so the case feeds cleanly into the chamber. These are two operations you should perform after every trim.
The primer pocket uniformers ensure a consistent pocket depth, contributing to even ignition. The cleaners remove combustion residue from the pocket. The crimp removers are specifically designed for military brass (such as Lake City 5.56 NATO or 7.62 NATO) where the primer is crimped in place for safety. That crimp must be removed before you can seat a new primer.
Hardened high speed steel
All cutting components are made from hardened high speed steel (HSS). This means they remain sharp after thousands of cases. The two included handles feature an ergonomic plastic grip that allows comfortable work, even when processing larger batches of brass.
Manual or powered
