The Quick-N-EZ vibratory case tumbler, a rotary media separator, corn cob media, brass polish and a collection bucket — all in one package. The case tumbler
The Quick-N-EZ tumbler has a 13.25 litre bowl and holds up to 600 9mm cases or 350 .223 Remington cases per session. The unique bowl design drives brass aggressively through the media, quickly and thoroughly removing fouling, oxidation and lubricant. The clear lid lets you monitor the cleaning process, and the on/off switch on the power cord keeps operation simple and safe.
The rotary media separator
After tumbling, scoop the brass and media into the rotary separator. It sits on top of the included bucket: turn the handle and the media falls through the perforated drum into the bucket below, while clean brass stays behind. This is much faster and cleaner than sorting by hand. The media can be reused until it becomes saturated.
Media and brass polish
The included corn cob media is a fine polishing agent that gives your brass a smooth, shiny finish. Adding a dash of the supplied brass polish to the media speeds up the cleaning process and removes oxidation and discolouration more effectively. Over time the media becomes saturated — replace it when you notice cleaning takes longer or results deteriorate.
Want more aggressive cleaning? You can also use walnut shell media instead of corn cob. Walnut cleans faster and removes tougher buildup, but gives a less polished finish.
